These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the api36 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on api36. Registration by minors or ineligible persons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
api36 supports Rupiah (IDR) transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets. All withdrawal requests must be submitted to a verified account registered in the player's own name.
All bonuses issued by api36 are subject to wagering requirements stated on each promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering threshold has been met in full.
api36 requires mandatory identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or a current passport.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, arbitrage betting, and fraudulent payment activity are all strictly prohibited on api36. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to api36's international operating license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international gaming authority.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and api36 ("api36", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at api36.cam. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent to api36 that all eligibility conditions in this Clause 2 are satisfied and that you will notify api36 promptly if any of those conditions cease to be met at any point during your use of the Platform.
3.1 One Account Per Player. api36 permits each Player to hold exactly one Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment instruments, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. api36 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated registration details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. You agree to notify api36 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, api36 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include an Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or a current passport. api36 may request additional supporting documents — such as proof of address or source-of-funds documentation — for higher-value withdrawal requests or where fraud prevention procedures require it.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. api36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 6.3. Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, api36 may withhold any Bonus balances or Bonus-derived winnings.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. api36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels for Players resident in Indonesia:
api36 may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Current methods and any applicable minimum transaction amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the api36 Platform.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the api36 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). You are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your bank or payment provider where a transaction originates in a different currency.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your api36 Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, subject to the processing hours of the relevant Indonesian bank.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. api36 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for all supported methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during public bank holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and other national holidays), or where additional verification documents are required under Clause 3.4.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the api36 Account holder. api36 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment instruments, or cryptocurrency wallets. A minimum account balance of Rp 50.000 is required to initiate a withdrawal request.
4.6 Responsible Transaction Use. All deposits must originate from a payment source legally belonging to the Player. api36 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or series of deposits that trigger our internal risk thresholds. Deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent, stolen, or illegally obtained funds will be blocked, reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account closed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. api36 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page in addition to the general terms in this Clause 5.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable promotion page, all Bonuses issued by api36 carry a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., a 5x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus means the Player must place total Wagers of Rp 500.000 before any Bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable).
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, hold a positive real-money balance, and have not previously breached any promotional terms on the api36 Platform. api36 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim, reverse a bonus award, or withhold bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably believes that a Player has attempted to exploit or abuse any promotional offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonuses issued by api36 carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, Bonuses and any associated wagering progress expire 30 days after the Bonus is credited to the Player's Account. Expired Bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
5.5 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to Bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each Wager staked toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified on the individual promotion page. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) tickets and virtual sports bets contribute at rates specified per promotion.
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. api36 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its absolute discretion, including where a Wager exceeds the applicable stake limit for the relevant market, where an event has been suspended or cancelled, or where a pricing error is identified. In the case of a pricing error, api36 will settle the affected Wager at the correct price or void the Wager entirely and return the stake to the Player's Account.
6.2 In-Play and Pre-Match Betting. For sportsbook markets, all pre-match Wagers are accepted up to the official start time of the relevant event. In-play Wagers are accepted within the time windows displayed on the api36 Platform. All sportsbook results are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the api36 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the api36 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any api36 Platform content without our prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api36 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the api36 Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or betting losses.
9.2 api36 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but do not guarantee continuous uptime.
9.3 api36's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their api36 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit api36's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under api36's international operating license.
In the event of a dispute between you and api36 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, or in connection with any Wager, game result, payment transaction, or promotional award, you agree to contact api36's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. api36 will use reasonable endeavors to resolve any such complaint within 5 business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the procedural rules of the relevant international gaming dispute resolution body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
api36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the api36 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the relevant change.
